	Two months ago, a local feline fur/fursuiter/builder by the name of Flow asked
	if she could borrow RK for a commission she was getting.  The theme (and goal)
	were to match the title card for a 2006 British TV version of Robin Hood.

	Not one to squander opportunities to get art of my fursona, I took her up on
	the offer.  Just today, I saw the work was finished; it is available from the

	Niner gets ready to ride his new bike, a road-based hybrid.

	Done entirely digitally, I decided to use my own body to help get the pose
	right, tracing the result (of course, changing from human to canine in the
	process).  That's a large contributor to why RK looks different; the flat
	shading seems to fit the image rather well.

	Since it's been a few years, and I've had a chance to improve my drawing
	style, I figured it would be good to create an updated ref sheet.  I decided
	to render RK nude from three angles since I'm also looking into commissioning
	a fursuit (possibly).
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	It took a few evenings to finish this after creating the original sketches
	over the weekend.  I had initially drawn the tail in for the rear view, but
	after consideration removed it so you could see the rear markings properly.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Changes since the 2008 sheets:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		Changed how my inking practices to all-digital and reduced the lines for
		fur texturing
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Smoothed and defined markings&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		Reduced fluffyness in various areas so others would be more noticeable
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Made tuft fluffier&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Redid the sideburns to accentuate cheeks and ears&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Lowered the tail to better reflect accurate anatomy&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Put more effort into a consistent look between poses&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		Layout improvements to reduce by one page, while including more information
	&lt;/li&gt;

	This is a badge concept for FE 2011; as the theme is &quot;wild magic&quot;, my 'sona is
	a toon, and toon physics is a type of magic&amp;hellip; I figured this would be an
	appropriate way to fit into that theme.

	Not shown is the hole for the string, as it would appear on this image as a
	white slot in a distracting position;  the string hole is to be placed in the
	black of the portable hole, thus hiding it against my (usually black) shirt.

	Over the holiday season, I managed to procure a painting kit as a gift.  I
	decided to open it up this weekend and give the stuff a try.

	My first painting didn't come out so great (it's linked from my Twitter feed
	if you want to find it), but after trying again with a new drawing, I feel a
	bit better.  It's not perfect, and looks sloppier than my digital works, but
	this one's a decent starting point.

	Acrylic on paper, which started to curl once the paint began to dry near the
	corners.  Since the last time I worked in this medium was grade school, it
	took a bit to get used to, and I still need to work around some problems.

	Niner, realizing how late he is, and not wanting to wait for the next bus,
	breaks into a run to try and catch it.  Of course, if traffic were a bit
	heavier, he might have a chance.

&lt;p&gt;
	The title comes from the fact that most bus stops around here are about 300m
	apart (1000 feet if you prefer US measurements, and yes that's approximate).
	It's particularly appropriate since bus drivers often don't stop twice to pick

	Okay, that doesn't happen until the 12th, the day before my	B-day, but since
	I have a furmeet this weekend, I felt it was time for a new badge. The part
	where I did the calligraphy was fun, and I thought it would look different
	with circles for paws (wristless, at that).  Hood colours were matched to my
	grad photo, and no we don't use mortarboards.

	Decided to try something different, and make an animation.  I noticed that my
	human av (for MSN with mundanes) was noticeably out of date against my art
	style, and was thinking to do something interesting with it.  In any event, I
	made an attempt (rather successful, I think) to make a human and furry version
	with the same pose and scaling, that could line up &amp;mdash; kinda hard when you
	have to draw both pics side by side.

	The remaining five images were drawn up after I scanned everything in, because
	I felt a smooth transition would look neat.  You can view the finished

	Niner shows off one of the properties of his winter coat (of fur); he's warm
	enough this winter without requiring extra layers.

	Interestingly, I don't need any extra layers either, and was overheating
	whenever I wore anything other than a single shirt and jacket (this is in
