I decided to have a little fun, so I drew Kelix in a more risqué manner; nothing's showing, so it should be fine to wear (the word choice at the bottom might make it cross the line, but that was his idea; I made it smaller so it would be less obvious).

Giz decided he wanted to update his avatar and desktop background. I offered my services and came up with this dragon-winged fox; since I had already drawn him a few times before, I only had to check on a few finer details that I wasn't quite sure on (wing size, typical clothing), and permitted to do whatever I wanted in the background. Have a GIMP-generated fractal .

The pose we decided on was one where Giz was looking relaxed, but confident; arms folded across chest, and wings spread.

Cameron from Define "Cynical" was making an offer to sell hard copies of some of his digital sketches, along with a free hand drawn sketch (to spec), for 5 bucks; it sounded like a nice deal, so I took him up on that offer. Needless to say, the product just arrived this afternoon, and I like the result.

Deadlock has just found some buried treasure, along with a few friends of his. The message is a bit mushy, nut it seems he's also found something else: friends.

This was an excuse to do another sunset-type pic, and replace my desktop background with a new one (while keeping it piratey). Anyways, clockwise from the top, we have Vixenhound (a female version of Foxhound), Deadlock (Niner in pirate garb), Nyte, and Khaz. Kudos to anyone that can recognize the island on that map.

Whew! After a month, I'm finally finished this colossal piece. For those who don't know what this is, back in July, I asked members of the Define "Cynical" forum if they'd like to appear in a soccer-themed group pic I was making. Unfortunately, I had to stop after doing the initial sketches to focus on schoolwork, but picking up where I left off last week (and fighting with kswapd0, which I assume is the kernel process to manage the resident set of every program), I finally got everything together. Yay!

If this feels a bit big, note that I shrank it down 25% in every direction; the original file is sitting on my hard drive at 1.5 GB (with larger versions of everyone's characters in separate files, if they want).

Anyways, here we have two teams: the Ozys and the Millicents, battling it out in a scoreless draw. The Millicents are on the attack, and have finally made it to the Ozy's last line of defence. Will they score?
